Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice & Takedown Procedures
Overview
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please follow the procedures outlined below to submit a takedown notice.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please send the following information to our designated agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original work or a description)
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) where it appears on our site
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" to ensure your request is processed promptly. We aim to review and act on valid notices within 24-48 hours.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict access at our sole discretion.
Good Faith Notice
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not submit a DMCA takedown notice unless you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf and have a good faith belief that infringement has occurred.
